摘　　要：武警盘查是武警部队执行安全保卫任务采取的一项重要职权。与人民警察盘查不完全相同，武警官兵在实施盘查时，应注意盘查与警戒区域检查、设卡盘查的法律区别，切忌随意扩大盘查范围。Interrogation is one of the most important missions of the CAPF in the security implementation. This paper focuses on the comparison between interrogation of CAPF and that of the Police. The paper points out that CAPF should put emphasis on the legal difference between interrogation and examination.
