广西全州县2004—2011年伤寒及副伤寒流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解桂北地区全州县2004—2011年伤寒和副伤寒流行特征,为该县的疾病预防控制提供科学依据。方法收集、统计和分析该县2004—2011年伤寒和副伤寒疫情资料。结果该县伤寒和副伤寒病例人群年均发病率为33.46/10万,伤寒病例占64.56%,副伤寒病例占35.44%,无一例死亡。各年龄组均有病例出现,高发年龄组为5~〈25岁,占总病例数的40.46%。总病例中男性多于女性,男性占56.59%,女性占43.41%。发病人群以农民和学生为主,分别占50.90%和29.79%。全年每月均有病例出现,高峰期在5~9月份,占总病例数的58.25%。该县18个乡镇均有病例出现,病例数出现较多的前5个乡镇均为交通便利的地方。结论该县伤寒和副伤寒属于广西壮族自治区发病率较高的县份之一,通过采取积极的防控措施,近2年发病人数明显减少。Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of typhoid and paratyphoid in Quanzhou county of northern Guiangxi region during 2004-2011 to provide the scientific basis for the disease control in this county. Methods The epidemic data＇of typhoid and paratyphoid in this county from 2004 to 2011 were collected for statistical analysis. Results The crowd average annual incidence rate of typhoid and paratyphoid was 33.46/100 thousand,the typhoid cases accounted for 64.56%, the paratyphoid cases accounted for 35.44%, no death case occurred. The cases were in all age groups. The 5-24 years old group had the highest incidence rate, accounting for 40.46% of the total number of cases. Among total cases, males were more than females, males accounted for 56.59% and females accounted for 43.41%. The majority of patients were dominated by farmers （50.90%） and students （29.79%）. The cases were monthly found in the whole year and the peak period was from May to Septem- ber,which accounted for 58.25% of the total number of cases. The county＇s 18 townships had cases appearing and the top five towns with more cases were easily accessible places. Conclusion This county belongs to one of counties with high prevelance of typhoid and paratyphoid in Guangxi and through active prevention and control measures ,the crowd incidence rate is significantly decreased in recent 2 years.
