摘　　要：目的:研究围手术期自体血回输与异体输血对免疫球蛋白的影响。方法:选取60例脊柱后路钉棒复位内固定患者,随机分成两组,术中自体血液回输患者30例,异体输血患者30例,两组均于全麻前、术后1 d、术后7 d,采集外周静脉血5 ml,离心后取血清2 ml,于低温冰柜保存待检。结果:术后1 d,两组均降低,但异体输血组下降更明显,有统计学差异,术后7 d,两组均回升,但两组与术前相比有统计学差异。结论:自体血回输比异体输血对免疫球蛋白的影响较小,对于适应证病人提倡自体血回输,异体输血病人给予相应的护理干预。Objective：The study of perioperative autologous blood transfusion with allogeneic blood transfusion on the immune globulin. Results：After one day, both groups reduced allogeneic blood transfusion group decreased more significantly, a significant difference after 7 days, both groups picked up, but there were significant difference compared with preoperative. Conclusion： Autologous blood transfusion smaller than allogeneic blood transfusion on the immune globulin indications patient advocates reinfusion of autologous blood, allogeneic blood transfusion patients given the appropriate nursing intervention.
