摘　　要：目的 探讨Shouldice疝修补术的疗效及手术治疗经验。方法 自1991年1月～1998年1月应用Shouldice法修补成人腹股沟疝105例并进行回顾性的总结和分析。结果 术后随访1～7年,无一例复发。结论 Shouldice法是目前修补成人腹股沟疝的最佳方法之一,值得推广。Objective To study the experience and effects of the shouldice repair operation. Methods The clinical data of 105 cases of inguinal hernia repairs in adult which underwene shouldice repair from January 1991 to January 1998 were summarized and analyzed restrospectively. Results All the patients were folloved up from 1 year to 7 years. No one case recurrence. Conclusion Shouldice repair was the most effect treatment methods of inguinal hernia. It is shoud be widely used.
