摘 要:目的 为爬行类端脑前背侧室嵴不同区域的生理功能提供形态学证据。方法 用 4只成年蛤蚧进行灌注 ,Gol gi Cox法进行染色 ,石蜡包埋切片 ,光镜观察。结果 前背侧室嵴各层细胞种类及树突分布有差异 ;②各区细胞种类及树突分布特性有差异 ;③细胞大小在 6~ 30 μm范围 ,其中 2 0 μm细胞数目最多 ;④细胞以团形、柱形和弧形等方式组成不同的细胞丛簇。结论 蛤蚧端脑前背侧室嵴各区及各层细胞形态大小有差异 ,这可能与各区各层的功能有关。Objective To provide morphologic information for the physiological function of different areas and layers of anterior dorsal ventricular(ADVR) in reptile.Method Brain from four specimens of Gekko gecko were prepared for cytoarchitectural analyses.Each Gekko gecko was perfused with 0 7% saline,their brains were extracted,stained with Golgi Cox,embedded in the paraffin,cut into sections in cross and observed in light microscope.Results ①There are different kinds of cell types and dendritic appendages in different layers and areas of anterior dorsal ventvicu lar in Gekko gecko;②The radius of cell dimension is 6~30 μm,the most of them are the radius of 20 μm;③The cell cluster of mass,column and curve were found in different layers and areas.Conclusion The cytoarchitectural differences between the layers,the areas of anterior dorsal ventricular in Gekko gecko may be related in the different function in these layers and areas.
