摘　　要：目的：介绍一种新型头环石膏背心，并报告治疗Ｊｅｆｆｅｒｓｏｎ骨折的疗效．方法：用这种固定方法治疗４例Ｊｅｆｆｅｒｓｏｎ骨折，其中，１例在头环石膏背心固定下行融合术．结果：本组并发症较低，在应用头环石膏背心过程中，无神经损伤加重的病例，经临床观察和随访，治疗效果满意．结论：此固定方法是颈椎外科中很有效的一种外固定方法，具有操作简单、固定牢固和易于调整的优点，但颈椎完全性损伤伴颈髓损伤的病人为禁忌证．Objective: To introduce a new type halo-cast fixation apparatus and its curative effect for Jefferson fracture. Methods: 4 patients of Jefferson fracture were treated with this fixation apparatus. 1 of them was treated with surgical fussion in halo-cast immobilization. Results: complication The was few in the group. No patient had neurological deterioration while the halo-cast fixation apparatus were applied. Clinical observation and follow-up study demonstrated that its curative effect was satisfactory. Conclusions: The fixation apparatus should be an effective method for external immobilization for the cervical spinal surgery. The advantages of the fixation apparatus could be simple to operate, firm to immobilize and easy to adjust. But patient with complete cervical spinal cord injury could be contraindicated for this apparatus.
