摘 要:目的观察毛茛总苷对垂体后叶素所致大鼠、小鼠实验性心肌缺血的影响及对小鼠耐缺氧实验的影响。方法采用大鼠舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素(pituitrin,Pit)制备大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观察毛茛总苷对模型大鼠心电图T波及心率的影响;采用小鼠尾静脉注射垂体后叶素制备小鼠心肌缺血模型,观察毛茛总苷对其心电图T波及心率的影响;并观察毛茛总苷对小鼠耐缺氧实验的影响。结果毛茛总苷对大鼠和小鼠心肌缺血模型心电图T波和心率有明显改善作用;能明显延长小鼠耐缺氧存活时间。结论毛茛总苷对垂体后叶素所致的大鼠、小鼠实验性心肌缺血有保护作用,并能提高小鼠对缺氧的耐受能力。Objective To investigate the effect of total glycosides of ranunculus on myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin(Pit) in rats and mice,and hypoxia tolerance in mice.Methods The rat model of myocardial ischemia was established by sublingual vein injection with pituitrin,and the effect of total glycosides of ranunculus on electrocardiogram T wave and heart rate in rats were observed.The mouse model of myocardial ischemia was established by caudal vein injection with pituitrin,and the effect of total glycosides of ranunculus on electrocardiogram T wave,heart rate and hypoxia tolerance in mice were observed.Results Total glycosides of ranunculus obviously improved electrocardiogram T wave and heart rate of myocardial ischemia in rats and mice,which also significantly prolonged the survive time of hypoxia tolerance in mice.Conclusion Total glycosides of ranunculus may protect rats and mice from the experimental myocardial ischemia caused by pituitrin,and improve the hypoxia tolerance in mice.
