摘　　要：目的通过对医院决策支持系统实施中的问题进行分析,提出医院决策支持系统的构建思路。方法以目前大多数医院实施决策支持系统中存在的错误倾向为起点,归纳分析存在的问题,并提出构建思路。结果实施决策系统中存在着未充分考虑用户需求、基础数据质量不高、数据分析智能化程度不足等问题。结论通过采纳统一认识、合理规划、分步实施、持续改进等构建思路,可以提高系统实施效率和质量。Objective To analyze the existing problems of hospital decision support systems implementing, and provide some new ideas on its further construction. Methods Taking the wrong tendency in the implementation of decision support system in Most of the hospital as the beginning, the author summarizes the problems. Results There are problems such as not fully consideration on users needs, low quality basic data, lack of intelligence in data analysis. Conclusion By taking the idea of achieving consensus of views, reasonably planning, implementing step by step and continuous improvement, it can improve the efficiency and quality of constructing the DSS.
