摘　　要：按照国内外信息建设的最新理念,以实际需求为牵引,不断推进本院数字化建设,建立比较完整的数字化医院体系。本院结合自身情况成功研发POS一卡通,其在运行过程中体现出了无可比拟的优势,提高医院的整体工作效率、资源利用效益及智能化管理水平;同时为患者简化繁杂的就医步骤,为患者合理诊疗提供条件,对实现医院的现代化管理起到作用。Based on the latest advances in the information construction, a POS smart card billing system was developed in our hospital in order to meet the actual demand in outpatient management, and build the digital hospital. It was proved that this system worked very well with the unparalleled advantages compared to others. It has been demonstrated that the POS smart card billing system simplifies the complicated outpatient medical treat- ment steps, makes it possible to have more reasonable treatment for patients, and thus improves the overall efficiency of the hospital, resource utilization efficiency and intelligent management level. These improvements also play a huge role in the development of modern management in hospital.
