摘　　要：本文系统介绍军区加强医院教学培训工作的总体思路,以及推进教学培训常态化运行、规范化管理和信息化建设的基本做法与思考。The author discussed the general idea to strengthen the teaching and training work of military hospitals systematically, introduced the basic practice and thinking of promoting normalization operation, standardized management and information construction of the teaching and training.
