我军维和卫勤保障能力建设的思考

摘　　要：我军参与联合国维和行动卫勤保障任务取得了可喜的成绩,积累了丰富的经验。随着联合国维和形势的发展和需求的改变,进一步提高卫勤保障能力是当前紧迫任务。为提高我军维和医疗分队的卫勤保障能力,应加强政策法规培训,坚持依法派遣;完善联合国维和待命机制,抓好卫勤分队建设;建设专业维和基地,满足培训需求;有效统筹外需与内需,提升应急卫勤保障能力。In the past decade, Chinese military forces have achieved tremendous success in medical sup-port mission for UN peacekeeping operations. With the changes and development of UN peacekeeping missions, it is urgent to improve the capability of medical support. For the development of the capability of Chinese medical teams, it is suggested that the policies and regulations related with the peacekeeping mission be trained, the mobile medical teams and UN peacekeeping standby medical teams be unified, a special peacekeeping training based be established and, lastly, both external and internal needs be combined to promote the emergency medical support capability.
