病案管理培训的思考与建议

摘　　要：目前我国病案管理培训存在缺少国家层面的统一组织、医院领导重视不够、教育培训模式落后和部分人员对培训缺乏积极性等问题。国家应该加强顶层设计以增加培训的权威性,统一领导和规划,建立病案教育培训网络平台,实施网上教学和培训。医院应该充分利用现有资源多渠道培训病案管理人员,要坚持走出去与请进来相结合,脱产培训与在职培训相结合,集中培训与函授教育相结合。培训时要切实增加病案管理培训的实效性,结合实际探讨教学方式方法,以获得最佳的教学效果。At present our country medical record management training has some problems such as lack of unified organization at the national level, the hospital leadership attention is not enough, backward education training mode and part of staff training is lack of motivation. The country should strengthen the top-level design in order to increase the authority of training, establish continuing education and training network platform, implement online teaching and training. Hospital should make full use of existing resources to train medical record management by multi-channel, insist on go out combined with come in, off-job training combined with on-the-job training, concentrated training combined with correspondence education. We need to increase the effect of medical record management training and discuss teaching way and method to get the best teaching effect.
