摘　　要：目的对某医院近5年医疗质量、运行效率、管理水平等运行状态和整体发展情况进行综合评价。方法使用TOPSIS法对医院在2008-2012年间的运行状态进行综合评价,评价指标包括工作量、费用、诊疗质量和工作效率四个方面。结果2008-2012年,Ci值分别为0.268、0.312、0.432、0.516、0.731,呈单调递增趋势,提示该医院整体运行水平逐年提高,发展良好。结论TOPSIS法可以对医院历年运行状况进行综合评价,使用时需注意根据研究目的选择评价指标及权重。Objective To make a comprehensive evaluation on the medical care quality, operational efficiency, and management level of hospital, and to provide the scientific evidence for the hospital management and decision-making. Methods TOPSIS evaluation method was used to explore the execution state and development condition of institutions since the year of 2008. The evaluation was applied from the following four aspects： workload, medical care eq^uality, cost, and efficiency. Results It was found that the comprehensive ability of the hospital has increased annually, and shows a good trend from 2008 to 2012. The Ci value were 0.268, 0.312, 0.432, 0.516, 0.731. Conclusion TOPSIS evaluation method is commonly used to assess the hospital comprehensive capacity, which can provide the scientific basis for the hospital management and decision-making. Researchers should pay attention to choose the evaluation measures and their weights according to study purposes.
