摘　　要：目的探讨强化随访管理对出院后的乳腺癌患者遵医行为的影响。方法选择2009年1月至2010年10月在乳腺科住院手术治疗后需要终身随访的乳腺癌患者100例,随机分为对照组和干预组。干预组患者在出院后给予强化随访管理,对照组患者在出院后应用一般的随访方式。随访两年后,比较两组患者在定期返院复诊、坚持服药、坚持康复训练、每月健侧乳房自查、健康知识知晓率等方面的变化。结果干预组患者在坚持门诊复查、坚持服药、坚持康复训练及康复知识知晓率方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强化随访管理可以显著提高乳腺癌患者出院后的遵医行为,有利于体能的进一步康复,有利于预防疾病复发和早期发现转移病灶。Objective To investigate the impact of strengthening the following-up management of breast cancer patients on their post-discharge compliance behaviour from the hospital. Methods Choosing 100 eases of breast cancer patients who took surgical treatment in the hospital from January 2009 to October 2010, have been discharged from the hospital and need lifelong following-up management. These cases are randomly divided into two groups-the control group and the intervention group. The intervention group patients have been given strengthened following-up management, while the control group patients have been given common followlng-up management. Two years later, the two groups were compared for the changes in regular return visit, medication adherence, rehabilitation training adherence, monthly eontralatcral breast seif-examination, and health-knowledgeawareness rate. Resalts The results of the intervention group＇ are better than that of the control group in regular return visit, medication adherence, rehabilitation training adherence, monthly contralateral breast sail-examination, and health-knowledge-awareness rate （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Strengthening the following-up management ckn significantly＇improve the post-discharge compliance behaviour of breast cancer patients and is good to their physical rehabilitation, to the prevention of disease recurrence and to the early detection of metastatic lesion.
