摘 要:目的探讨成立院前急救护理专业小组在院前急救护理工作中的作用。方法 2011年10月~2012年3月收治的患者为成立院前急救护理专业小组前组(设为对照组),2012年4~9月收治的患者为成立院前急救护理专业小组后组(设为研究组),每组各200例。对照组在急救护理工作中按常规急救护理管理,研究组在急救护理工作中成立院前急救护理专业小组进行急救护理管理。比较两组患者满意度、出车时间及护理不良事件发生率。结果成立院前急救护理专业小组后,患者满意度较实施前明显升高,出车时间较实施前明显缩短、护理不良事件发生率较实施前明显减少,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在急救护理工作中成立院前急救护理专业小组护理管理模式,能有效提高院前急救护理质量。Objective To study the role of emergency nursing professional team in the pre-hospital care. Methods Two hundred patients from October 2011 to March 2012 were set as the control group and another 200 patients from April 2012 to September 2012 were selected as the experiment group. The control group was managed by routine emergency mode and the experiment group by the emergency nursing professional team. The two groups were compared in terms of satisfaction degree, the time for the team to start and the rate of adverse nursing events. Results After establishing the emergency nursing professional team, the satisfaction degree was significantly increased, the time for the team to start was significantly shortened and the rate of adverse nursing events was significantly decreased ( all P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The management mode of emergency nursing professional team in pre-hospital medical care can effectively improve the quality of nursing care.
