瞬间反应显像评价正常兔肝脏声学造影的实验研究

摘  要:目的 评价瞬间反应显像在正常肝脏声学造影中的增强效果 ,并与常规二次谐波显像进行对比。方法  5只健康新西兰白兔经耳缘静脉注射氟碳声学造影剂 ,然后分别用瞬间反应式二次谐波显像和基波显像观察肝脏 ,对照以常规显像方式。结果 采用瞬间反应方式后 ,二次谐波和基波显像的造影效果有显著视觉改善 ,肝实质视频密度值在基波显像中由 93 .6 3± 10 .19提高到 110± 10 .35 ,二次谐波则由 118.6 3± 18.49提高到14 2 .13± 19.8,增强尤为明显。结论 瞬间反应显像可以明显提高二次谐波和基波显像的声学造影效果 。Objective To assess the effectiveness of transient response imaging (TRI) in ultrasound contrast of normal liver, triggered second harmonic imaging (SHI) and nontriggered SHI were used in the comparsion. Methods Five normal rabbits were imaged with transient SHI, fundamental and continuous SHI, fundamental imaging after intravenously injection of perfluorocarbon contrast agent. The subjective scores and video intensities were used to estimate contrast effects.Results There was significant visual liver parenchyma enhancement of triggered fundamental or SHI than that of conventional mode. The video intensities of fundamental imaging were 93.63±10.19 (nonTRI) and 110±10.35 (TRI) corresponding to 118.63±18.49 (nonTRI) and 142.13±19.8 (TRI) in SHI.Conclusion Triggered SHI and fundamental imaging could significantly promote the gray scale enhancement of normal liver, especially in second harmonic imaging.
