小儿肱骨小头骨折12例临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析小儿肱骨小头骨折的诊断、手术方法及疗效。方法本组12例患者均行手术治疗。选两枚直径1.5 mm克氏针紧贴关节面近端,由后向前交叉固定骨折块。结果各例骨折无明显畸形。前臂旋转功能基本正常。结论肱骨小头骨折其治疗应遵循AO的治疗原则,固定不可靠或畸形愈合,将影响肘关节的伸屈活动。Objective Analysis of Capitulum Humerus fractures in children the diagnosis,surgical method and efficacy.Methods The group of 12 patients,All of the cases were treated by surgical operation.1.5 mm diameter Kirschner two wire close to the election proximal articular surface,after the fracture fixed by the cross block forward.Results No significant deformity of the fractures.Forearm rotation was normal.No necrosis of Capitulum Humeri ischemia.Conclusion Its treatment of Capitulum Humerus fractures treatment should follow the principles of AO,Unreliable or malunion fixed,will affect the elbow flexion extension activities.
