人工全髋关节置换术的术前准备及术中医护配合

摘　　要：目的探讨人工全髋关节置换术的术前准备及术中医护梧合的重要性。方法行全髋关节置换术的患者往往是高龄患者,因此手术存在的风险比一般手术高,我们报告了2009年10月至2012年10月100例全髋关节置换术的患者术前准备及术中医护配合。结果 100例患者的全髋关节置换顺利完成,无一例在术中发生并发症及危险。结论进行全髋关节置换时,要对患者行完善的术前护理评估及术中护理,积极配合手术医生的工作。Objective To study the importomce of preoperative preparation and intraoperative cooperction with the surgeon and nurse for total hip replacement.Methods Total hip replacement often happy in elderly patients,so there is the high risk of surgery than the general surgical.The author reported in 100 total hip arthroplasty from October 2009 to October 2008,and did we preoperative preparation,intraoperative cooperation with the surgeon and nurse.Results 100 cases of patients with total hip replacement successfully completed,no one in intraoperative complications and dangerous.Conclusion For total hip replacement,the patients would like to improve the preoperative nursing assessment and intraoperative care,actively cooperate with the surgeon＇s job.
