摘  要:为了测定高加索三叶草×白三叶的杂种F1与亲本之间的形态学和细胞学差异,采用定株观测的方法对3个材料的物候期、生长动态及形态特征进行了研究,并对其染色体构型及花粉育性进行了对比分析。结果表明,杂种F1各物候期介于双亲之间,除茎长、小花柄长及花萼长以外,各项形态特征均介于双亲之间;其PMCMⅠ平均染色体构型为9.07Ⅰ+14.33Ⅱ+0.23Ⅲ+0.03Ⅳ,为五倍体,伴有落后染色体及染色体桥,高度不育。The reproductive period, growth dynamics and morphology of Caucasus clover, white clover and their hybrid F1 were studied by observing the selected plants,and also the chromosome pairing configu- ration and fertility characteristics of them were analyzed in order to investigate their morphological and cy- tology features. The resuhs showed that the phenophase of hybrid F1 was between parents. Morphology characteristics of hybrid F1 were similar to both of the parents except stem length, floret stalk length and calyx length. The hybrids F1 was pentaploid, average chromosome pairing configuration at PMCM I was 9.07I+14.33Ⅱ+0.23Ⅲ+0.03Ⅳand there were laggards and chromatid bridge appeared at anaphase I ,it was highly sterile.
