摘  要:采用盆栽法对4个红三叶品种进行了苗期4℃低温胁迫处理,分析了红三叶对低温胁迫的生理响应及不同品种的抗寒性差异。结果表明:随着胁迫时间的延长,红三叶叶片含水量、叶绿素含量与对照相比呈逐渐下降趋势,而叶片膜相对透性、丙二醛含量、游离脯氨酸含量、过氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性均呈上升趋势,且品种间差异显著。采用8个生理指标对红三叶不同品种的抗寒性进行综合评价,结果表明抗寒性为R-1>瑞德>多丽>岷山。Four red clover varieties were stressed by 4℃ low temperature with pot try to analyze their physiological response to chilling stress and difference in cold-resistance at seedling stage. The results showed that with the prolonging chilling stress, leaf water content and chlorophyll content decreased grad- ually compared with the control, while leaf relative membrane permeability, MDA, Pro content, SOD, POD and CAT activity increased remarkably and there were significant difference among cultivars. Eight physiological indexes were used to comprehensively evaluate cold resistant difference of four varieties, which indicated that cold resistance of R-1 was the strongest, followed by Rider, Dorry and Minshan.
