摘 要:在内蒙古锡林郭勒草原选择放牧区和禁牧区两种生境研究植被生物量、干生中小型土壤动物密度及多样性,旨在探讨放牧对植被生物量和土壤动物的影响,为草地资源的持续利用和管理提供基础数据。结果表明:(1)放牧显著降低了草地植被的地上生物量;(2)放牧使草地干生中小型土壤动物密度和多样性均显著降低;(3)干生中小型土壤动物密度与植被地上生物量具有线性正相关关系。放牧对内蒙古草原地区土壤动物群落组成、多样性等具有重要影响。Soil animals can improve and maintain soil fertility, and then repair damaged ecosystem, they thus play an important role on matter cycling and energy flow within natural ecosystems. The vegeta- tion biomass, density and diversity of soil meso-microfauna were investigated in grazing and grazing-pro- hibited pastures in Maodeng Pasture (E 115°13′-117°06′ ,N 43°02′-44°52′)of Xilingol grassland in Inner Mongolia, China to understand the impact of grazing on aboveground vegetation biomass and community of soil animals, and then provide basic data for sustainable management on grassland resources. The results showed that. (1) grazing significantly reduced the aboveground vegetation biomass ; (2) grazing significant- ly reduced the density and diversity of soil meso-microfauna; (3)the density of soil meso-microfauna was positively related to the aboveground vegetation biomass. It was concluded that grazing exert important in- fluence on community composition, diversity of soil animals in grassland in Inner Mongolia.
