摘　　要：目的探讨提高直肠肛管损伤的诊治水平。方法：回顾性总结1980年～1999年我院直肠肛等损伤17例，采用清创、修补、粪便转流、骶前引流、直肠冲洗以及抗感染和全身支持治疗等方法。结果：本组病人全部治愈。结论：正确的早期诊断和有效的早期治疗是提高直肠肛管损伤疗效的关键。Objective: To evaluate diagnostic and therapy methods of rectum and anus injury. Meth ods: 17 in - patients with rectum and anus injury from 1980 to 1999 were retrospective analysis. The clear-ness of wound the repair of damage tissuc the exerement of stool by sigmoid the discharge of sacrum anteriorspcce the washing of rectum antiinffection and supporting therapy were performed. Results: All of Patientswere recovered during their staying in hospital. conclusion: Early accurate diagnosis and effective managementPlay a critical role in rectum and anus injury.
