摘  要:目的探讨白藜芦醇对老龄大鼠晶状体脂质过氧化及抗氧化能力的影响。方法 12月龄雄性SD大鼠50只,分为药物干预组、溶剂对照组和正常对照组,每组8只。其中药物干预组分别给予白藜芦醇20、40、80、160 mg/kg,溶剂对照组给予0.2%的DMSO;正常对照组给予0.9%生理盐水,隔日1次腹腔注射共计3个月。处死动物取静脉血5 mL及眼球,自赤道部切开眼球,完整取出晶状体,检测各组大鼠晶状体组织及静脉血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果 GSH-Px,SOD随着白藜芦醇浓度的增高活力增强,MDA则随着药物浓度的增高出现下降,差异具有统计学意义。结论白藜芦醇有清除自由基能力,能够保护晶状体免受氧自由基进一步的攻击;可望成为一种临床预防和治疗老年性白内障的有效药物。Objective To discuss the effect of lipid peroxidation and oxidation resistances of resveratrol in age related cataract rats' lens. Methods Fifty male SD rats of 12 months were divided into drug intervention group, solvent group and the normal control group, 8 rats in each group. 20, 40, 80 and 160 mg/kg of resveratrol were given to drug intervention group respec- tively, solvent with 0.2% DMSO was given to control group and 0. 9% physiological saline was given to normal control group, tertian intraperitoneal injection every two days in three months. Then killed the rats, took 5 mL of venous blood and eye balls, cutted the eye ball along the e- quator, removed the lens. The content of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) , superoxide dis- mutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the lens and venous blood were detected. Re- suits The concentration of GSH-Px, SOD were elevated and MDA were decreased with res- veratrol increased, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Resveratrol has the ability of clearing free radicals and protecting lens from further attacks of oxygen free radical. Resveratrol is expected to become an effective drug in preventing and treating senile cataracts.
