摘　　要：目的:探讨上海市淞南地区外周动脉病变(PAD)的流行现状及其危险因素。方法:选取上海市淞南地区3 881名社区居民进行调查。采用调查问卷收集受检者的既往病史和生活方式等信息。对受检者进行身高、体重、腰围、血压、踝肱指数(ABI)等检测以及75 g无水葡萄糖口服耐量试验(OGTT)。受检者任意一侧肢体的ABI>1.4或<0.9诊断为PAD。结果:上海市淞南地区自然人群的PAD患病率为3.4%,男女性患病率没有显著差异(P>0.05)。多元Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、吸烟、糖尿病、蛋白尿、心脑血管疾病史与PAD的患病风险显著相关。结论:上海市淞南地区自然人群的PAD患病率为3.4%。年龄、吸烟、糖尿病、蛋白尿、心脑血管疾病史是PAD患病的危险因素。Objective To investigate the prevalence of peripheral arterial disease（PAD） and related risk factors in Songnan district residents,Shanghai.Methods A survey was conducted among 3 881 community residents in Songnan District,Shanghai.Questionnaires were adopted to collect information on health status,medical history and life style.Subjects received physical checkup for height,body weight,waist circumference,blood pressure and ankle brachial index（ABI） measurements,and then underwent a 75 g oral glucose tolerance test（OGTT）.PAD was defined to be present if ABI 0.9 or 1.4.Results In general population,3.4% subjects were diagnosed as having PAD.There was an equitable distribution of PAD in both genders（P0.05）.By multivariate analyses,the presence of PAD was significantly associated with age,smoking,diabetes,albuminuria and history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.Conclusions The prevalence of PAD was 3.4% in general population.There was an equitable distribution of PAD in both genders.Age,smoking,diabetes,albuminuria and history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease were the independent risk factors for PAD.
