摘　　要：目的探讨圆孔骨折的高分辨率CT检查方法及表现。方法回顾性分析18例圆孔骨折的HRCT检查，18例均进行颅面部的HRCT扫描及多平面重建。结果18例圆孔骨折中，线性骨折6例，粉碎性骨折12例。18例均合并颅面部多发骨折，1例合并颅内硬膜外血肿。结论圆孔骨折多为粉碎性，且合并颅面部多发骨折，高分辨率CT横断面及冠状面重建可明确圆孔骨折的诊断，具有很大的临床价值。Objective To evaluate the high resolution CT（HRCT） methods and diagnosis of fracture of the foramen rotundum. Methods HRCT of 18 cases of fracture of the foramen rotundum were retrospectively investigated, in which HRCT examination and muhi-planar reconstruction（MPR） were underwent in all 18 cases. Results Of 18 cases,6 cases were linear fracture, 12 cases communicated fracture. Muhipe fractures of the head and neck were found in all 18 cases ,one case was complicated with epidural he- matoma. Conclusion Communited fracture of the foramen rotundum is more common usually combined with multiple fractures of the head and neck. HRCT axial and coronal MPR are helpful in the imaging diagnosis of the fracture of the foramen rotundum.
