摘 要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT在诊断输尿管先天异常中的成像方法、特点及其临床应用价值。方法收集临床资料完整的输尿管先天异常32例,均行CT平扫及增强扫描,将图像传至ADW4.3工作站,进行容积再现(VR)、多平面重建(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)及最大密度投影(M1P)等后处理技术获得尿路重组图像。结果32例中,肾盂及输尿管重复畸形18例,先灭性输尿管狭窄5例,下腔静脉后输尿管4例,输尿管囊肿4例,先天性巨输尿管症1例。多层螺旋CT重组图像清晰显示先天异常输尿管的整体形态,病变的部位、范围及与周围组织的解剖关系,均能满足诊断及临床需要。结论多层螺旋CT对输尿管先天异常个性化的成像方法,提高了尿路的显示率,为临床治疗方案的制订提供精细可靠的依据。Objective To investigate the clinical value of multi-slice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) in the diagnosis of u- reter congenital abnomaly. Methods 32 patients with ureter congenital abnomalies were underwent both CT plain scanning and en- hancement scanning. The primitive images were transferred to the workstation. Their VR, MPR, MIP and CPR images were ob- tained. Results Eighteen of the 32 cases were diagnosed as pelvis and ureter duplication, five cases were diagnosed as congenital ure- terostenosis, four cases were retrocaval ureter, four cases were ureterocyst, one case was congenital megaureter. The features, loca- tion and severity of the ureter congenital abnoma[ies and their anatomical relationships with the adjacent tissues could be clearly showed by CT reconstructed images. Conclusion MSCT examination can be used as an individualized method in the diagnosis of ure- ter congenital abnomalies due to its ability of displaying the anatomy of the urinary tract. It can provide precise and reliable data for clinical treatment.
