摘  要:目的提出一种利用教室内网、校园网和互联网的“三环”网络,将网络中丰富的计算机资源用于医学影像教学,实现医学影像教学设备低成本大规模的扩充。方法根据“三环”网络中计算机的分布特点和医学影像教学的需求,设计了一个具有“一库、三环、三仿、三互动”特色的医学影像仿真教学平台,通过为网络中的计算机提供医学影像教学服务.使它们转化为影像教学设备。结果在南方医科大学建立实验平台,改建T1个医学影像实验室,连接了8000余台校园网计算机和8个校外远程教学点。实验平台通过投入1套服务器设备,成功地使“三环”网络中的计算机转化成了医学影像教学设备。结论利用“三环”网络建立的医学影像仿真教学平台.使医学影像教学设备得到大规模、低成本的扩充.满足了当今医学影像教学的需求。Objective To increase equipments of medical imageology teaching with low cost in medical college through computers in the triple loop networks that was formed from classroom network, campus network and internet. Methods Simulation platform of medical imageology teaching was designed according to the distribution characteristics of the triple loop networks and the instruction- al needs of medical imageology, which was of a resources center, triple loop networks, three simulation environments and three manners of interaction. Results A experimental platform was established in south medical university that was composed of a medical imageology laboratory, 8 000 computers in campus network and eight off-campus learning centers. A set of server was used in the platform and then the computers in triple loop networks was successful translate into equipments of medical imageology teaching. Conclusion The usage of the triple loop networks can increase the equipments of medical imageology teaching with low cost and mets the requirement of large scale teaching.
