同期双封堵器介入治疗室间隔缺损2例

摘　　要：1病例资料例1,女,68岁,因胸痛、胸闷、气促2个月入院。患者2个月前休息时突感胸痛,为心前区持续性压榨样疼痛,范围手掌大小,向左前臂内侧放射,持续约3h,伴胸闷、心悸及气促。在外院诊断为急性前壁心肌梗死,经扩张冠状动脉等治疗（未溶栓）后胸痛缓解,但因气促加重且不能平卧而转入我院。既往无高血压及糖尿病史。吸烟15年。Two oecluders were implanted simultaneously in two patients with ventricular septal defect by transcatheter closure procedure. The immediate effect after the procedure was elevated by left ventricular angiog raphy and transthoracic echocardiography. The two patients were followed up one year after the operation. Marked residual shunt was observed immediately after the first occluder implanted in the two patients. And trivial residual shunt was observed immediately after the second occluder implanted in one patient, while residual shunt disappeared after the second occluder implanted in the other patient. Two patients＇ symptoms relieved and had no severe complications during the period of one year＇s follow-up. It＇s safe and feasible for simultaneous interventional thera-py of ventricular septal defect with two occluders.
