摘 要:目的:比较3组不同根管充填材料的根管封闭能力。方法:选择34颗双根管离体上颌恒前磨牙,随机分为A、B、C 3个实验组各10颗牙和2个对照组各2颗牙,使用TF镍钛器械预备根管,采用以下材料进行连续波根管充填,A组:04锥度Resilon主尖和Realseal SE糊剂,B组:04锥度牙胶尖和AH Plus糊剂,C组:04锥度牙胶尖和Cortisomol糊剂。用墨汁染色法和透明牙技术测量根尖微渗漏深度。结果:A组(0.41±0.56)mm,B组(1.20±1.74)mm,C组(1.99±2.13)mm。A组和B组的微渗漏深度无统计学差异,B组和C组的微渗漏深度无统计学差异,而A组和C组的微渗漏深度有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:采用连续波根管充填时,Resilon/RealsealSE的根管封闭能力优于牙胶尖/Cortisomol糊剂,而与牙胶尖/AH Plus糊剂无显著性差异。Objective: To compare the apical sealing ability of three different materials. Methods: 34 maxillary pre- molars with double root canals were prepared with TF NITI system, and then randomly divided into three experimental groups and two contrast groups. The canals were filled with the following materials using the continuous wave technique: Group A: 04 taper Resilon point and Realseal SE sealer; Group B: 04 taper gutta-percha point and AH Plus sealer; Group C: 04 taper gutta-percha point and Cortisomol sealer. The roots apices were immersed into Indian ink, and the line depths of dye were measured after the teeth were made into transparent. Results: Group A: 0.41±0.56mm, Group B: 1.20±1. 74mm, Group C: 1. 99±2. 13mm. No statistical difference of the microleakage was found between group A and group B, same result for group B and group C. However, there was sig- nificantly difference between group A and group C(P〈0.01). Conclusion: The apical sealing ability of Resilon/Realseal SE is better than Gutta-Percha/ Cortisomol, but has no difference with Gutta-Percha/AH Plus in statistically.
