摘 要:目的探讨甲状腺疾病母亲母乳中抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(anti-TPO)和抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(anti-TG)含量,及其与血清甲状腺抗体的关系。方法留取56例探究对象的69份母乳样本及其血清测定甲状腺抗体。以血清甲状腺抗体为自变量,母乳中甲状腺抗体为因变量进行直线回归分析。结果母乳中抗TPO抗体为39.02±29.46U/ml,抗TG抗体为46.33±33.23U/ml。血清和母乳中抗TPO抗体和抗TG抗体无显著相关性。抗TPO抗体和抗TG抗体的透过率分别为37%和47%。结论母乳中存在甲状腺抗体。Objective This study is to assess thyroid antibody in breast milk and maternal serum for up to 360 days during lactation. Methods Serum and breast milk samples were collected from 56 breastfeeding women enrolled in days 1 -30, 31 -90, 91 - 180 and 181 -360 postpartum. Milk and serum thyroid antibody were measured by chemiluminescence method. Results Anti -thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPO) and anti -thyroglobulin (TG) concentrations in breast milk were 39.02 ± 29.46U/ml and 46.33 ± 33.23U/ml, respectively. Milk anti -TG and anti -TPO concentrations had no correlation with those in serum. Conclusion Thyroid antibodies are present in human milk for up to 360 days during lactation.
