超声造影在骨与软组织病变穿刺活检中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声造影在引导骨与软组织占位性病变穿刺活检中的应用价值。方法对54例骨与软组织占位性病变患者随机分为2组,超声造影引导组28例,经超声造影引导下进行穿刺活检术;常规超声引导组26例,经常规超声引导下进行穿刺活检术。对比两组穿刺标本的合格率及并发症的发生率。结果超声造影引导组和常规超声引导组标本合格率分别为96.43%、76.92%,前者高于后者(P<0.05),并发症发生率均为0。结论超声造影引导下骨与软组织穿刺活检术能大大提高取材标本的合格率,具有推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound （CEUS） guided percutaneous biopsy in musculoskeletal occupying lesions. Methods Fifty-four patients with musculoskeletal occupying lesions that were proved by imaging modalities were divided into CEUS group （n=28） anti conventional ultrasound （US） group （n=26） at random, in which biopsy was performed under guidance of CEUS and conventional ultrasound, respectively. The success rate of sampling and occurrence rate of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of sampling in groups CEUS and US were 96.43% （27/28） and 76.92% （20/26）, respectively （P 〈 0.05）, and the occurrence rate of complications in both groups was 0. Conclusion CEUS guided percutaneous biopsy is a safe and reliable method in diagnosing musculoskeletal occupying lesions and worthy to be widely popularized.
