摘  要:本研究以云南小油菜为材料,克隆出乙酰辅酶A羧化酶的BCCP亚基基因,并对克隆基因进行生物信息学分析,结果表明云南小油菜BCCP基因含有6个外显子,编码258个氨基酸,有四个功能保守区,第四功能保守区是生物素化功能域,并且RT-PCR结果表明该基因是表达、有功能的。云南小油菜BCCP亚基与甘蓝型油菜Bp4的氨基酸序列相比较,有30个氨基酸发生变化;云南小油菜BCCP基因的ORF与甘蓝型油菜Bp4mRNA的同源性高达96%。Using yunnan Xiao rapeseed as an experimental material, the gene encoding biotincarboxyl carder protein (BCCP) subunit ofacetyl-CoA carboxylase was cloned. Sequence analysis indicated that the BCCP gene from yunnan Xiao rapeseed (ynsr BCCP) should contain 6 exons that encode 258 amino acids, and the predicted peptide contains 4 conservative domains, in which the fourth domain was considered as the function domain for biot- inylation. Furthermore the result of RT-PCR testified that the gene could be expressive and functional. There are 30 amino acids varying between ynsr BCCP subunit and Bp4 from Brassica rurpus as well as 96% homology between the ORFs ofynsr BCCP gene and Bp4 mRNA.
