脂肪抽吸治疗腋下副乳的临床体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨脂肪抽吸治疗腋下副乳的手术方法及意义。方法:采用肿胀麻醉及脂肪抽吸的方法治疗腋下副乳。结果:32例患者术后病理证实为腋下乳腺组织。1例出现血清肿。随访7～14个月,腋窝形态良好,切口瘢痕不明显,未见复发。结论:脂肪抽吸治疗腋下副乳操作简便,创伤小,恢复快,效果良好。Objective To investigate the removal of accessory axillary breast tissues with liposuction. Methods Liposuction was performed to treat accessory breast tissues under tumescent anesthesia. Results A series of 32 cases were pathologically diagnosed as mammary tissues. One case had seroma after surgery. No other complications were observed. A period of 7-14 months follow-up demonstrated that good results were obtained with minimal scars, no recurrence was detected. Conclusion Liposuction is an optimal treatment of accessory axillary breast tissues for its convenience,minimal invasion and satisfactory appearance.
