摘　　要：目的:探讨一种治疗中老年女性上睑皮肤松垂的实用方法。方法:收集2008年6月～2012年9月我院收治的上睑皮肤松垂病例46例,分析其临床效果。结果:15例满意,22例较满意,8例一般,1例不满意。无一例发生严重并发症。结论:该方法手术风险低,满意度高,恢复快,效果持久,易被患者接受。Objective To explore a practical method of skin chalasis in aged people with upper eyelid. Methods We analyzed the clinical efficacy of the 46 cases which have skin chalasis. The material were collected from June,2008 to April,2012. Results 15 cases were perfect,22cases better, 8 cases normal, and 1 cases bad. Conclusion The new method is better than the old.It has lower risk and higher satisfaction. The patients recover more quickly,perform permanently and easy to be accepted by patients.
