摘　　要：目的:总结过去20年治疗下睑袋的经验。方法:对本组689例下睑袋患者,根据具体情况、采用肌皮瓣法、结合眶隔固定、收紧缝合、眼轮匝肌悬吊等步骤进行手术治疗,手术后随访1～5年,结果:所有受术者下睑袋消失、局部皮肤皱褶减少、外形明显改善。结论:下睑袋整形手术适合任何年龄,但必须结合眶隔收紧缝合,眼轮匝肌悬吊等手术步骤,术后效果满意。Objective To sum up the past 20 years experience in the treatment of lower eyelid. Methods 689 cases of patients with lower eyelid musculocutaneous flap method is adopted according to specific circumstances,septum orbitale fixation,tightening suture, orbicularis muscle suspension and other steps operation treatment,operation and followed up for 1 to 5 years. Results All patients＂ lower eyelid bag were disappeared,skin wrinkles decreased,obvious improvement in appearance. Conclusion The lower eyelid plastic operation for all ages, but must be combined with orbital tightening suture, orbicularis muscle suspension and operation steps, the effect after operation is satisfactory.
