摘  要:目的:探讨ADSCs复合HA促进裸鼠背部软组织血管化的实验研究方法:根据所选材料不同,将实验分为三组,A组为ADSCs复合HA,B组为ADSCs复合脂肪颗粒,C组为单纯ADSCs,分别将3组试剂随机注射到10只裸鼠皮下,每只裸鼠各注射3个点,3个月后获取相应标本,观察相应指标。结果:①大体观察:A组组织块吸收最少,B组组织块吸收较少,C组组织块基本吸收最多;②湿重测定:A组明显高于B、C组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),B组高于C组,差异有统计学意(P<0.05);③存活率比较(%):A组明显高于B、C组,且差异有统计学意(P<0.01),B组高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④微血管密度(MVD):A组明显高于B、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),B组高于略高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);结论:HA作为生物支架复合ADSCs可加速裸鼠软组织血管化的形成,为整形美容外科脂肪干细胞移植中生物支架的选择提供理论依据。Objective To discuss the affection of promoting neovascularization from ADSCs companding with HA in nude mice subcutaneous stratum. Methods The experiment is divided into four groups depending on the selected material.Group A:ADSCs companding with HA , Group B : ADSCs companding with fat particles, Group C: pure ADSCs group,Three groups of reagents were injected randomly into subcutaneous stratum of 10 nude mice to build soft tissue. Each nude muse was injected 3 points,obtain the appropriate specimens three months later and observe the relevant indicators. Results (1)General observation:The absorption of organizations block in group A was respectively was less than group B,The absorption in group C was the mosh (2)wet weight: Group A was higher than group B and group C,and had statistically significant differences (P〈0.01),Group B was higher than group C,and had statistically significant differences (P〈0.05);(3)survival rate: Group A was higher than group B and group C,and had statistically significant differences (P〈0.01),Group B was higher than group C,and had statistically significant differences (P〈0.05); (4)microvessel density (MVD):Group A was higher than group B and group C,and had statistically significant differences (P〈0.01), Group B was higher than group C,and had statistically significant differences (P〈0.05). Conclusion ADSCs companding with HA can acclerately promot neovascularization in nude mice subcutaneous stratum, then offer foundations for choice of collucar scafford in clinical ADSCs'graft.
