平片疝补片治疗股疝20例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察平片在股疝修补中疗效.方法采用意大利HERNIAMESH有限公司生产的6 cm×11 cm平片,对20例股疝患者行疝修补术,并用平片恢复腹股沟韧带"Z"字切断部的连续性,观察手术时间,切口疼痛,术后并发症及复发率.结果 20例均手术顺利,平均手术时间约55～70 min,平均60 min.手术成功率为100.00%,术后无术区麻木感、异物感、手术区域的顽固性疼痛.术后疼痛轻,均术后第1天下床活动.平均住院时间4 d.随诊18例,6月～2 a无1例复发.结论平片在股疝修补中疗效满意,手术难度小,并发症少,术后复发率低.Objective To observe the effect of plain film in the femoral hernia repair. Methods The 6cm × 11cm plain film produced by Italian HERNIAMESH Co., Ltd. was adopted to conduct the herniorrhaphy on 20 cases of femoral hernia patients, and the plain film was used to restore the continuity of cut-off portion of the inguinal ligament ＂Z＂ word, then the operation time, painful incision, postoperative complications and recurrence rate were observed. Results The surgery was performed smoothly in 20 cases, and the mean operation time was about 55-70 minutes. The average time was 60 minutes. The success rate of the operation was 100.00%, numbness, foreign body sensation in the non-surgical site after operation, and intractable pain in the surgical site were not found. Postoperative pain was not obvious. Out-of-bed activity was found on the first day after operation. The average hospital stay was 4 days. 18 cases were followed up. No recurrent case was found within 6 months to 2 years. Conclusion The curative effect of plain film in femoral hernia repair is satisfactory, with less surgical difficults, less postoperative complications and low recurrence rate.
