摘 要:目的采用超声血管增强技术(VET)检测分析22例肾动脉狭窄,探讨VET在临床诊断中的应用价值。方法对22例经数字减影血管造影(DSA)证实肾动脉不同程度狭窄患者,行彩色多普勒(CDFI)、二次谐波显像(SHI)技术及VET检查,对结果进行对比分析。结果 VET与SHI技术比较,SHI11例显示不清晰者,VET能显示出7例,诊断狭窄程度>60%者VET多4例,<60%者多3例;VET检查与CDFI比较,CDFI 8例显示不清晰者,VET能检出4例,狭窄程度>60%及<60%者VET均多诊断2例。结论 VET对RAS检出率显著提高,与SHI、CDFI联合应用其价值将进一步得到体现。Objective To detect 22 patients with renal artery stenosis (RAS) via ultrasonic vascular enhancement technique (VET) and to explore the application value of VET in in clinic. Methods In this work, 22 patients with RAS, who were confirmed with digital subtraction angiography (DSA) underwent color doppler (CDFI), second harmonic imaging (SHI) technology, and VET. Then, the findings were compared and analyzed. Results In comparison of VET with SHI technology, SHI showed that 11 cases were unclear, while, VET clearly displayed 7 cases, in which the narrow degree more than 60% was found in 4 cases, the narrow degree less than 60% in 3 casaes. In comparison of VET with CDFI, CDFI showed that 8 cases were unclear, VET clearly displayed 4 cases, in which both the narrow degree more than 60% and the narrow degree less than 60% were found in 2 cases respectively. Conclusion VET significantly increased the detection rate of RAS. The combined use of VET with SHI and CDFI will further reflect the diagnostic value of VET.
