摘　　要：目的对比分析双能X线骨密度仪两种扫描方式的结果,评价两种扫描方式在临床的使用价值。方法对临床药理基地随访的30例受试者用两种方式进行腰椎及髋关节骨密度扫描,对比两种扫描方式的扫描时间、T值和Z值。结果两种扫描方式的扫描时间相差1倍,T值、Z值结果相同。结论在实际临床应用中采用快速扫描方式可以缩短扫描时间,减少患者受射线量,提高机器使用率。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of dual X-ray absorptiometry （DXA） by comparing and analyzing results from two different scan modes. Methods We performed bone mineral density （BMD） measurements of lumbar and hip joint using two scan modes for 30 follow-up patients in clinical pharmacological center, and compared scan time, T value and Z value under both scan modes. Results Scan time took by one scan mode was twice of the other one, no difference in T and Z value was found. Conclusion Performing fast scan mode of DXA in practical clinical application can shorten scan time, lower radiation to patient, and enhance utility efficiency of facility.
