摘 要:采用基于Total Lagrangian方法的三维黏弹性大变形增量本构关系,运用有限元方法对高过载环境下弹载器件在发射过程中的等效应力进行数值模拟计算。分析减载材料力学特性及减载材料厚度对作用在弹载器件上等效应力的影响。结果表明:选择减载材料应选择泊松比较高的材料及其弹性模量能够使作用在弹载器件上的最大等效应力较低的材料;选择减载材料厚度应考虑既能满足作用在弹载器件上的最大等效应力较低、又能满足任务设备结构设计要求。Three dimensional visco elastic large deformation incremental constitutive equation was derived based on Total Lagrangian method,and the equivalent stress distribution during launching was simulated by finite element method under high load condition for projectile based equipment. The influences of mechanical performances and thickness of load relieving materials on equivalent stress were analyzed. The results show that the materials with higher Poisson’s ratio and with lower maximum equivalent stress should be preferred in choosing materials;lower maximum equivalent stress should be considered in choosing thickness of materials,and the thickness should also meet structure designing specifications of projectile based equipments.
