摘 要:为探索难熔金属和铜粉致密化工艺,提出了细晶粒W-Cu合金喷雾热分解制粉—球磨湿混—液相烧结的制备方法。通过反复试验获得致密度高、晶粒纳米化的细晶粒W-Cu合金复合材料。采用此材料烧结成的样品毛坯,经两步锻造工艺制得EFP药型罩试样,密度可达到理论值的99.8%,抗拉强度可达320MPa,综合性能优越,具有一定的成形性,有利于提高W-Cu合金药型罩的侵彻威力。In order to explore the compacting process of refractory metals and copper powder,the preparation method of spray pyrolysis—wet ball mixing—liquid phase sintering of fine grain W Cu alloy was put forward. The W Cu alloy composite material with high density and nano grain was prepared through the repeated tests. The density of EFP liner prepared with this material can achieve 99.8% of theoretical value and the tensile strength reaches 320 MPa after two step forging processes. The results show that the fine grain W Cu alloy material has good comprehensive performance,and some formability,which is helpful to improve the penetration capacity of W Cu alloy liner.
