广州地区2002—2010年无偿献血者血浆抗-HIV阳性率分析

摘　　要：目的分析2002-2010年广州地区无偿献血者血浆抗-HIV阳性率，为制定人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）防治策略及招募安全血源提供科学依据。方法选择2002年1月至2010年12月广州地区无偿献血人群2119684例为研究对象。回顾性调查本组献血者血浆抗-HIV检测结果，分析各年间献血者抗-HIV阳性率变化趋势，不同性别、年龄及职业之间抗-HIV阳性率的差异。结果2002-2010年广州地区无偿献血者总体血浆抗HIV阳性率为0．018％，2008-2010年则呈递增趋势。其中，男性献血者个体的血浆抗-HIV阳性率明显高于女性，35岁以下年龄组阳性率低于35岁以上组，学生较其他职业人群血浆抗-HIV阳性率低。结论广州地区血浆抗-HIV阳性率在2002-2010年间稍有上升，应加强对预防HIV感染的宣传教育及防控措施。鼓励符合献血条件的年轻人积极献血将有利于保障临床输血安全。Objective To analysis the voluntary blood donors＇ plasma anti-human immunodeficiency virus （HIV） positive rate in Guangzhou from 2002 to 2010, to provide scientific basis for the development of HIV prevention strategy and recruitment of safe blood. Methods From January 2002 to December 2010, a total of 2 119 684 volunteer donors in Guangzhou were included in this study. The results of anti-HIV test were analyzed retrospectively to investigate the trends of anti-HIV positive rate of donors and differences in different gender, age and occupation. Results The overall anti-HIV-positive rate was 0. 018% from 2002 to 2010. From 2008 to 2010, the sero anti-HIV-positive rate showed an increasing trend. Anti-HIV positive rate was significantly higher in male than female, and in below 35 years old group than group of more than 35 years old. In studentsr population, it showed lower anti-HIV positive rate than other occupational population. Conclusions Anti-HIV-positive rate was steadily in the year of 2002 to 2010 in Guangzhou. However, the increasing trendy was found from 2008 to 2010. The strategy of encourage more young people actively donate blood would help to protect clinical blood safety supply.
