摘 要:为了研究温压工艺对410L不锈钢粉末的适用性,测定了410L粉末温压成形后的生坯密度和生坯强度,并进一步研究了温压压坯的烧结性能。结果表明,温压工艺能显著提高410L不锈钢粉末压坯的生坯密度和生坯强度,在110℃和700MPa压力下,温压410L不锈钢粉末的生坯密度和生坯强度为6.72g/cm3和29.6MPa,分别比冷压压坯提高了0.12g/cm3和5.5MPa。真空烧结60min后,410L不锈钢粉末压坯的烧结密度和硬度随着烧结温度的上升而提高,抗拉强度则随着烧结温度的上升而降低。在1230℃烧结60min,其烧结密度为7.45g/cm3,硬度为65HRB,抗拉强度为410MPa,伸长率为29.5%。In order to study whether warm compaction can be used to 410L stainless steel powder, the green density and green strength of 410L powder after warm compaction were tested. Further more, the sintering performance of warm compacted samples was studied. Results show that warm compaction can sharply increase the green density and green strength of 410L stainless steel powder. At 110℃ and under 700MPa, the green density and green strength by warm compaction are 6.72g/cm3 and 29.6MPa, which are higher than those of cold compaction samples by 0.12g/ cm3 and 5.5MPa, respectively. When sintered in vacuum furnace for 60 minutes, with the rise of sintering temperature, sintered density and hardness increase while tensile strength decreases. At 1 230℃ , sintered density, hardness, tensile strength and elongation are 7.45g/cm3, 65HRB, 410MPa and 29.5% , respectively.
