摘　　要：概述了铝合金锥形车顶结构特点,分析其制造工艺难点,并提出可行性工艺方案,从而有效控制焊接变形,保证焊接质量。This paper outlined the structure features to the conincal roof of metro vehicle car - body. And its manufacturing process dif- ficulties were analysised, the feasible process plans were put forward, which eontrouled of welding deformation and ensured the welding quality.
