摘　　要：公共租赁房作为社会保障制度的一个重要内容,其发展好坏关系到社会的稳定。基于灰预测建立相应的数学模型,对某市公共租赁房需求量进行了科学的预测,为寻找该市公租房供需平衡点起到积极的参考作用。Public- rent- house is an important part of social security system, and its development will affect the stability of our social. The mathematic model was established based on grey prediction to carry out scientific forecast on Public - rent - house denrand in a cer- tain city.
