摘 要:[目的]测定中华蟾蜍胚后早期蝌蚪丁草胺染毒24~96 h的半致死浓度(LC50),观察丁草胺对其生长发育的影响。[方法]将处于gosner20期和gosner25期的中华蟾蜍蝌蚪分别放入5个浓度梯度组和1个对照组染毒(n=20),求出24~96 h的LC50;然后取处于gosner20期的中华蟾蜍蝌蚪60~80只,分别依照其24 h-LC50的1/10、1/100和1/1 000浓度对蝌蚪进行染毒21 d,期间每隔3 d测量体长。[结果]中华蟾蜍gosner20期和gosner25期蝌蚪24~96 h的LC50分别为1.311、0.566、0.462、0.485 mg/L和1.842、0.886、0.553、0.496 mg/L。在丁草胺染毒的早期(3~9 d),各染毒组蝌蚪体长小于对照组,但差异不显著;从12 d开始,各染毒组蝌蚪体长均显著小于对照组;染毒浓度在染毒的早期对蝌蚪体长没有滞育作用;当染毒到12 d时,随着染毒浓度的增加,蝌蚪的体长增长出现滞长,但染毒组各浓度间无显著差异。[结论]丁草胺对中华蟾蜍蝌蚪胚后早期生长具有一定的滞育作用,染毒时间较染毒浓度的影响更显著。[ Objective ] The aim was to determine the 24 - 96 h LC50 of herbicide butachlor in the early period of postembryonic development for Bufo bufo Gargarizans. [ Method] Tadpoles of B. bufo in gosner20 and gosner25 were put into 5 exposure groups and 1 control group re- spectively, finding their LCso ; then chose 60 -80 tadpoles ofB. bufo in gosner20 respectively, in accordance with the concentrations of 1/10, 1/100 and 1/1 000 of their LC50 for exposure 21days, measuring the body length of every group after every 3 days. [ Result] The 24 -96h LC50 of herbicide butaehlor for tadpoles of B. bufo in gosner20 and gosner25 respectively is 1,311,0.566, 0.462, 0. 485 and 1. 842, 0.886, 0.553, 0. 496 mg/L. Butachlor exposed to the early period of 3 - 9 days, each exposure group tadpole body length is less than the control group, but the difference was not significant; Tadpole body length from 12 days each exposure group were significantly less than the control group, a significant difference; Exposed to the concentration exposure early tadpole body length no diapauses role; When exposed to 12 days, with the increase of the exposure concentration, tadpole body length growth lag long concentration exposure group. [ Conclusion ] Butaehlor caused certain effects on the B. bufo tadpoles in the early period of postembryonic development. The exposure time has more significant impact than exposure concentration.
