制造业转移承接能力的评价研究

摘　　要：经济全球化的今天,产业转移已经成为一个重大的国际经济现象。为了探索制造业转移的转移方向和策略,本文基于产业转移和承接能力的理论基础,建立制造业转移承接能力的指标评价体系,运用层次分析法确定各指标要素的权重水平,从而判断出制造业转移承接能力的关键指标。研究结果表明,承接地的区域经济发展能力和制造业转移的可持续发展能力是评价承接能力的关键要素,其中,产业技术发展能力、资本要素、综合经济实力、产业协调配套能力、自然资源要素是评价承接能力的关键指标。The today of economic globalization, industrial transfer has become a major international economic phenomena. In order to explore the transfer direction and strategy of the manufacturing industry, the paper outlined the index system of accept ability for manufacturing industry transfers, based on theory foundation of industry transfers and accept ability. And use the AHP to determine the weight standards of each element of the system. Research show that, the economic development capacity of the accept area and the keep on developing ability for manufacturing industry are the key elements to evaluate the accept ability. Among them, the industry technique develops ability, tapital main factor, the area omprehensive economic power, the industry moderates kit ability, natural resources main factor are the key indexes to evaluate the accept ability.
