喜炎平联合干扰素雾化治疗手足口病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨在西医干预基础上给予喜炎平联合干扰素雾化治疗手足口病患儿的临床疗效。方法:选取122例手足口病患儿,按随机数字表分为对照组58例和治疗组64例,对比两组患者间临床资料差异性。结果:治疗组口腔疼痛消失时间及皮疹消退时间均优于对照组,治疗有效率高出10.83%(P<0.05)。结论:喜炎平联合干扰素雾化在手足口病治疗中有独特之处,口腔疼痛、皮疹消退速度快、治疗效果佳,与传统治疗相结合更有利于提高临床疗效。Objective To investigate the hand,foot, and mouth disease （HFMD）patients given in the western intervention basis to Xiy- anping combined with interferon atomization treatment. Methods A total of 122 HFMD patients were randomly divided into 58 cases in the control group and 64 cases in the experimental group, comparing the two groups of patients clinical data difference. Results The oral pain and rash subsided time of the experimental group were superior to the control group, and the overall response rate 10.83% higher, statisti- cal analysis of data indicated that P was less than 0.05. Conclusion Xiyanping combined with interferon atomization in children with HFMD therapy is unique, oral pain, rash subsided quickly, good therapeutic effect, and combined with conventional treatment would he more conducive to improving their clinical efficacy.
