摘　　要：目的:观察对蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH)患者实施舒适护理的临床效果。方法:将62例ACS患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各31例,对照组行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上行舒适护理。结果:两组患者经治疗后,观察组的总有效率和患者满意度分别为93.55%、100%,对照组的总有效率和患者满意度分别为77.42%、90.32%,两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理可提高患者的舒适度,改善患者病情,减轻患者的痛苦,节省治疗成本,提高患者满意度。Objective Observation of subarachnoid hemorrhage （subarachnoid hemorrhage, SAH） implement comfortable nursing pa- tients with the clinical effect. Methods 62 patients with ACS were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the 31 ca- ses, control group do routine nursing care, observation group based on the conventional nursing upward comfortable nursing. Results two groups of patients after treatment,the observation group total effective rate and patient satisfaction were 93.55% ,I00%, control group total effective rate and patient satisfaction were 77.42%, 90. 32%, compared to the two groups have statistical significance difference （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Comfortable nursing can improve the comfort of patients, improve the patients, alleviate the suffering of pa- tients, and save the treatment cost, improve patient satisfaction.
