摘　　要：目的:探讨无痛胃镜检查辅助下微创胃造瘘术的配合及护理效果。方法:将胃造瘘术患者80例根据入院顺序分为治疗组与对照组各40例,两组都在无痛胃镜检查辅助下行微创胃造瘘术,治疗组在此基础上给予积极的护理干预。结果:所有患者治疗后痊愈出院,同时两组的手术时间、住院时间与手术费用比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后进行观察,治疗组的SAS得分明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无痛胃镜检查辅助下行微创胃造瘘术安全、可行,护理配合有利于缓解心理状况。Objective To investigate the nursing and coordination effeciency of painless gastroscopy aided micro invasive gastric fistula- tion. Methods The 80 eases of gastric fistulation patients were divided into treatment group （40 eases） and contract group （40 cases） ac- cording to their admitted order. Both of the two groups adopted painless gastroseopy aided micro invasive gastric fistulation, and positive nursing intervention was accepted to the treatment group. Results All of the patients were curred and left the hospital. Meanwhile, the op- eration time, hospital staying and the cost of the surgery had no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05）. According to the observation after treatment, the SAS score of treatment group is significantly less than control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Painless gas- troscopy aided micro invasive gastric fistulation is a safe and feasible surgical approach, and the coordination of nursing helped alleviate the psychological conditions.
